IMAGE STORY

Time is always critical when I am shooting and sometimes situations arise that I never thought of before.

I was waiting for a group of lions that were still eating their prey of a giraffe, when I suddenly heard a cracking of branches in the bush behind. I asked my friend Michael, who had joined me this time on safari, to reverse the car. Suddenly this huge mammal appeared on my left, obviously disturbed by our car. My heart was racing. I luckily had the camera on my lap and I pressed the shutter.

I only realized later what a truly powerful picture I had captured. A moment that I will not forget soon.

• This image of the Pride of Africa Collection (African Wildlife) is available to purchase as a limited edition print in 5 different sizes.
• The edition size of the Pride of Africa Collection photographs is 101 prints per image plus Artist Proofs of which each size has a certain amount of prints allocated to it.
• All original photographs by Klaus Tiedge (+01.07.2019) are now released as an estate print with an embossed signature of Klaus Tiedge on the front (bottom right) and are released by the artistʼs wife Sandra Tiedge with a detailed authorisation on the back of the print.

MATERIAL

• As our standard we are using Giclee printing method on high quality archival fine art paper e.g. Hahnemühle German Etching, Epson Cold Press paper.

• We ship worldwide.
• For international orders we ship with courier services such as DHL or Fedex within 3-10 working days with a door to door service.
• For local orders we ship with courier company withing 3-4 working days.
• Shipping charges may apply for special requests such as express service and shipping of framed/mounted artworks.
• Kindly note, that although we will mark the artwork as an original piece of art, you might still be liable for customs payments for your country if applicable.
